"You were a lifesaver"
Now that the boxes are unpacked and the decorating is almost complete, we wanted to take a moment to let you know that you were a lifesaver during our relocation from California. We were very limited in the time we were able to spend looking for our new home in Austin. Although we are native Texans, we were not familiar with the Austin area and knew we needed to find a reputable realtor and team that could understand our needs and help us locate a home in a very short timeframe. Afetr a few long distance conversations from California, we felt very comfortable putting our search in your hands. The pre-qualification you arranged for us was especially helpful, since that allowed us to know the price range of properties for which we could qualify before we ever began our search. We knew this would give any offer added credibility with the seller and save us very valuable time during our trip. When we arrived in Austin, we knew we had made the right decision by selecting you as our agent. After a quick review of the homes available that met our criteria, you were able to target some select homes for us to view. We found the perfect home in one day and by 9:00pm that same night it was ours! Anyone in search of a personal agent could not possibly find a more positive, professional person with which to work. We love our home and look forward to having an opportunity to work with you again if the need arises. Regards

Selling Your Home >No Risk Listing
Here is a seller scenario that may help you make your next move. Once you have decided to sell, you might be afraid to put your present home on the market until you have found a new one and completed purchase negotiations. You are concerned that most sellers are reluctant to finalize offers from buyers who must include a contingency calling for the sale of a current residence before buying the new one.
If you are in such a dilemma, the first step is to contact a professional real estate agent. The agent can show you how to list your home without the risk of putting your family out on the street. When you have a firm contract from a qualified buyer, you will become much more attractive to sellers. When you do find the perfect home, you will greatly increase your chances of being able to buy it.
